After a second day of rescue efforts, Travis County Sheriff's Office has recovered a body of a man in the same area two swimmers reportedly went missing on Saturday, April 16.
ATCEMS called off a water rescue in East Austin after an extensive search resulted in no one being located, and witnesses claimed they saw someone exit the river.
Starflight had also been called to assist with the water rescue, but was canceled because of the weather. Texans are being asked to stay indoors if possible because of the dangerous road conditions.
