A record breaking number of travellers visited the Western Cape during the holiday season, bringing a much needed cash injection for businesses in the tourism industry.
Overstrand Tourism has seen a gradual build-up to the festive season with trade increasing steadily to the peak between 15 December 2023 and 7 January.
