After the shooting. The victim apparently drove to the area around highland hospital. And walked in the hospital. He was treated there for a wound on his elbow. Police do not know the circumstances behind the shooting. And it is unclear whether the victim and shooter knew one another. No arrests have been made. Police are investigating the connection between a burned body that was found outside an oakland apartment this past weekend. And the woman who was killed inside the apartment a month ago. 77 year old susan fong was found dead inside her apartment, after an alleged home invasion.
