indictment there. it s unclear to me at this point. that reporting is interesting and that is that they thought about getting a search warrant from bedminster but concluded they lacked probable cause. my guess is for that is this recording refers to only one document and it had been only a year that had elapsed from the time the reporting was made and they learned about it. and so that could result in prosecuting with staleness. it may have been there in 2021 but we don t have fresh evidence that iit s still there now. but it doesn t mean it wasn t there in august 2021. like we just said it s likely there s witnesses that will say it was. just because prosecutors can bring a charge, doesn t mean they will. it looks like they ve got far more alleged criminal behavior occurring in florida, which means that was a proper venue for all of that. and it may be a strategic
