Groveside. When youre at the site, it seems like this piece of land is already part of the park because we already operate and maintain that piece of the property. However, on paper, this parcel remains a separate piece from under the jurisdiction of ocii. Ocii was formed as a successor to the Redevelopment Agency which dissolved in 2012 and as part of ociis longterm prompt management plan, it guides the dispostion of certain redevelopment property and under the plan, ocii must transfer this addition of adam rogers to the city and county of San Francisco. Staff brought this potential acquisition before prozac back in february of 2017, where they nancy recommendeunanimously reco had. They recommend occi to ensure the department owns the entirety of Adam Rogers Park and title. And i just want to remind everybody we are very early in the year, so these percentages usually change pretty drastically through the year. With that our total property crimes are down 23 . Weve continued to have fewer reported incidents in all categories, with the exception of arson which has increased 22 year to date. Our burglaries are down 31 and our auto burglaries are down 21 when compared to 2019. When compared to year 2017, were down 38 . Our total Violent Crimes are down. Specifically drivewaysing homicides, we had no homicides this past week, and a total of one for 2019. That represents a 2
Districtdistricts, theyre suppo reassess in the rezoning district, the transbay and lower those. We know adding all of that access parking and every one has gone in with one per parking unit. These are all on top of the transit station where the sidewalks will be congested and the streets are congested and Pedestrian Safety is an issue. One thing we ask you to do is to look at how much parking youre putting in these districts and create parity. I was looking at the terminal and in row of buildings, this should be a plaza where there is a pedestrian street and instead its turned into a port. The automobile entrance comes out and in on catoma. Theyre slicing, it looks like a loading entrance to the bike lane on howard street. Its vehicle access from two different sides and you messed up every frontage. So i would ask, maybe, to consolidate those into one less parking in the projects.
