With months of preparations behind them, the Red River County AgriLife extension agents and all their volunteers are putting the finishing touches on this year’s Red River County Fair.
The sixth annual Paris Balloon and Music Festival took to the skies and captivated a large audience during the festival’s kickoff Friday at Lamar County Fairgrounds.
