The Court refused to interfere with a Delhi High Court order for now, noting that it was an interim one, and that any modification would affect students already admitted.
As an interim measure, the admission policy framed by the Court in an order passed last year, by which it had allowed 15% weightage for interviews, shall be followed for the Academic Year 2023-24.
