Ros Robert Villarreal, 21, is charged with robbery and burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony. His bail totals $200,000. San Antonio police were called after Villarreal reportedly robbed a 25-year-old man at gunpoint at about 12:41 a.m. in the 8700 block of Cinnamon Creek Drive, a report said. After taking the man’s wallet and cellphone, Villarreal jumped a fence and ran to the Spice Creek apartments, 8802 Cinnamon Creek Drive, police said.

After a man barged into an apartment and tried to rob the residents at gunpoint, one of the intended victims brandished the pan and hit him in the head, according to police. The residents were able to take away the gun before striking the robber again with the kitchen implement. According to officials, the intruder allegedly robbed another person in the parking lot of the Axio Apartments on Cinnamon Creek Drive around 12:41 a.m. before jumping a fence into the adjacent Spice Creek apartments, where he attempted the home invasion.
