To try to get at the problem. clearly the obama administration indicated through the lawsuit it has no intention of trying to either secure the border or control illegal immigration or return illegal aliens who are here working back to their country. removals for this year are down. they are on a pace lower than they have been, according to ice statistics released on thursday. they haven t followed through building the fencing and the other infrastructure necessary on the border. and we have to remember that even as we admit already a million legal immigrants to work here and million temporary immigrants to work here, still there are people who are coming here every year because they can get away with it. because the administration has said we re only interested in removing people who have committed serious crimes, and everybody else gets a free pass. that does nothing to stop people from coming. that is just absolutely not true. we need to fix the problem.
