Burger Bodega is celebrating Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and the life of late chef Alex Au-Yeung by bringing back the Phat Eatery Beef Rendang smash burger collab. Proceeds will go back to the chef's favorite organization, the Southern Smoke Foundation.
