A 45-story condo tower on Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas Boulevard is under construction near the Henry Kinney tunnel. Related Group plans a 192-unit high-rise that would supply the central business district with high-end income residents who would patronize the boulevard's shops and restaurants and work in downtown offices.
