Two charged with selling drugs in SMOC-owned apartment in Framingham

FRAMINGHAM A Framingham woman and a New Hampshire man are accused of selling drugs from an apartment rented from the South Middlesex Opportunity Council. Police arrested Jennifer Obuchowski, 38, of Framingham, and Matthew Obuchowski, 37, of Bedford, New Hampshire, at 2:03 p.m. Thursday after an investigation, police spokeswoman Lt. Patricia Grigas said. Authorities did not describe the relationship between the pair. The investigation was conducted by the MetroWest Regional Drug Task Force, which is comprised of detectives from Framingham, Marlborough and Natick. Upon searching an apartment at 17A Second St., detectives found cocaine and fentanyl, a synthetic opioid said to be many times stronger than heroin.
