A special public avalanche warning has been issued for parts of British Columbia and Alberta s backcountry about the potential for triggering large avalanches.
In a media release Thursday, Avalanche Canada, in partnership with Parks Canada, is issuing a Special Public Avalanche Warning for recreational backcountry users across numerous forecast regions in British Columbia and Alberta.
