Miami Slice, an "artisan" pizzeria with a cult following, is accusing Carnival Corp. of trademark infringement for using its name for a pizza kiosk aboard the new Carnival Celebration ship. The suit claims that Carnival's use of the name will damage the restaurant's reputation by allowing it to become associated with "cruise line food."
