A schoolteacher has been arrested in connection with the murder of a popular King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) local municipality traffic officer who was shot dead in broad daylight in the Mthatha CBD on Monday. The 62-year-old traffic officer, Daniel Mxoli of Ngangelizwe, was hailed as a hero and a very dedicated and committed officer by his municipal bosses.
