LOUISVILLE, Ky. Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) arrested five protesters Wednesday night. In an email, LMPD spokesman Dwight Mitchell said officers responded to 13th Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard where a “large group” of protesters were blocking the roadway.
