BISHOPSGATE, LONDON / ACCESSWIRE / January 19, 2021 / Mr. Nicholas Mather, has advised the Board of Directors of SolGold (LSE:SOLG)(TSX:SOLG) that for personal reasons, he will retire from the role of Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) after 13 years at the helm of SolGold. During his tenure, the company has delivered globally recognised exploration successes, he built SolGold into a distinguished explorer in Ecuador and laid the foundation for the next phase in the successful development of the SolGold.
The Company will commence immediately a global executive search program to identify and engage with candidates that have experience in base and precious metals exploration and the construction of large copper-gold porphyry mines in South America, development financing and executive corporate management.
