high school near pontiac michigan this week. shimon prokupecz is on the ground for us. we re waiting for the prosecutor so lay this out. four counts against the parents of the shooter involuntary manslaughter. what more do we know? yeah. that is what the court complaint, the criminal charges that have now been filed with the courthouse here, that say that both jennifer and james crumbley, the parents of the alleged shooter, have been charged with four counts each of homicide, involuntary manslaughter, that relates obviously to the four people who died in the shooting. this is, obviously, a huge development. the prosecutors and investigators have been investigating the parents since almost immediately after the shooting, learning immediately that the weapon that was used in the attacks was purchased by the father just four days, just four days before the shooting. and so that is something that they have revealed. they ve revealed that early on in the investigation. there is

protest august of last year. rittenhouse is on trial for five felonfelonies, if found gu of most serious, he will spend the rest of his life in prison. and shimon prokupecz is outside the courthouse. what have we heard from the jury so far? reporter: one night this morning they said that they needed copies of the jury instructions. of course there was a lot of confusion during the time that the judge was reading the instructions to the jury, but they are asking for specific information from the instructions. they are asking for pages one to six, some of which has to deal with the self-defense argument by the defendant and then the provocation instruction which the prosecutor asked for on friday, asking for this charge. there were arguments over it and then the judge agreeing to give this instruction to the jury. this was a big win for the prosecution to have this instruction given to the jury. so we can kind of see how the jury perhaps is working through the law, working
