The National Weather Service has issued a blowing dust advisory effective until 11 a.m. Tuesday morning for Carson City, Carson Valley, southern Lyon County, Reno and northern Washoe County.

Temperatures will warm above average this week around the Carson City region and western Nevada with triple digit heat possible for many lower valley elevations, according to the National Weather Service.
