Is dominating the conversation. you can look at this one of two ways, was it leaked by the left to raise a red flag? or was it leaked by the right to hold these justices to their position? and i ask you that, because what really, joan, was the possibility that the five justices on this draft opinion supporting this in the majority would have changed their vote? very unlikely. in fact, the reporting i was getting just 24 hours before this happened. the two justices who smiemight looked most in play, justices amy coney barrett and brett kavanaugh were not budging. the chief was not making headway with them and the five would stay. but as to who had incentive to leak this it is so sad i cannot believe that any member of the court would have leaked this. it is such a breach of protocol and a breach of trust. and in terms of law clerk, it s a killer for their career. to have done this. you know, as someone who is
