Officials say most people affected were experiencing some sort of minor Skin Irritation and respiratory issues. Over 60 people were affected. 26 people were taken to the hospital. 39 refused transport, but all of them were decontaminated before being allowed to leave The Park. And just to give you an idea of what that process for decontamination is, were told that the Emergency Responders, Firefighters Setup a ladder truck, had the noddle on the end about 15 feet above people walked through and sort of massaged their eyes and skin, made sure to get the chemical out of their eyes. Senior White House officials say they now believe the theory that the virus escaped from a lab is at least as credible as a possibility that it emerged naturally. This is according to sources i spoke with along with some of my colleagues. This is a dramatic shift from a year ago where democrats and public health officials downplayed the socalled Lab Leak theory. A short time ago, dr. Anthony fauci told cnn hes not so sure, but hes leaning one way. He is not there is not a worry he can contact covid and he can go back to school that will help them out. Reporter three out of four members and her family are vaccinated. To another deadly pandemic, the lessons we can learn from the spanish flu. Breaking news in San Francisco. Five people are hurt after part of a tree came crashing down in Washington Square park. This is the park in the citys north beach neighborhood, these are live pictures coming in from the scene. We are being told it was a tree limb that fell onto a group of people, the good news here, people telling us that injuries are minor, no word on what caused the tree to fall in the first place and you can see a lot of emergency crews there. There have been other incidents of people being injured at the park including a woman who was left paralyzed after tree came down in 2018, we will have more information as it comes in.
