Three teens accused of throwing a rock at a car in Jefferson County, killing the driver, drove by the crashed vehicle to take a photo as a memento, according to the newly released affidavits.
Bartell was killed on Wednesday, April 19 after a rock was thrown into her windshield while she was driving northbound on Indiana Street in Jefferson County.
