MANCHESTER – A number of local students have been recognized by the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards from Brattleboro Museum & Art Center (BMAC) with three earning the highest level of commendation, the Gold Key: Arlington Memorial High School senior Isabella Ingegneri and Stratton Mountain School students Chelsea Charles and Emily Faucher.
