SIDNEY The Shelby County Board of Elections will meet Monday, May 17, at 9 a.m. at the board office. The board will be certifying the May 4 election results in addition to normal business items.

SIDNEY The Shelby County Board of Developmental Disabilities will meet Monday, May 17, at noon at the office, 1200 S. Children’s Home Road. The meeting will be in person and via Zoom.
Items on the agenda include presentation of administrative reports by support services director, community education and outreach director, early childhood director and early intervention director.

Items on the agenda include an update on the business continuity plan and HAVA grant accessibility projects, fire inspection, pending budget items, approving the curbside voting at the polls policy and procedures, allocation of voting equipment schedule the certification board meeting fr the May special election and election weekend and night procedures.

SIDNEY The Shelby County Board of Developmental Disabilities will meet Monday, April 19, at noon for an in-person and Zoom meeting at the board office, 1200 Children’s Home Road.
Planning commission OKs rezoning request

SIDNEY A rezoning request of three lots on Target Drive from the I-1, light industrial district, to a B-2, community business district, was approved by the Sidney City Planning Commission during its Tuesday evening teleconference meeting.
At the top of the meeting, Aditya Sakhalkar, the newest commissioner member, was introduced.
A public hearing was then held on the request of David Messler, on behalf of First Troy Development, for the rezoning of three lots on the east side of Target Drive, north of West Russell Road, from the I-1, light industrial to B-2, community business district. No members of the public spoke during the hearing.

HOUSTON The Hardin-Houston Local School District Board of Education will meet Monday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m. in the media center. Items on the agenda include approving monthly financial reports and expenditures for January 2021; adopting the school calendar; and personnel issues.
Minster Board of Education
MINSTER Minster Local School Board of Education will meet Monday, Feb. 15, at 7:30 p.m. in the elementary school large group meeting room.
Items on the agenda include reports from administrators, approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Minster Teachers Association Regarding Leadership Teams;the first reading of the Standards Based Teacher Evaluation Policy; approve personnel recommendations; and an executive session for the purpose of employment and compensation of a public employee and preparing for negotiations.
