Till 9 am, only 10 per cent of electorates had cast their votes. The figure reached 26 per cent at 11 am and only 40 per cent of votes were cast till 1 pm. By 3 pm, the figure reached 50 per cent. By 5 pm, 59.53 per cent voters exercised their franchise.
