During Sunday night’s WWE WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view event, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeated Cesaro to retain the title after Reigns forced Cesaro to submit to the Guillotine Chokehold.
Throughout the match, Cesaro would moments of momentum and offense only to be cut down by Reigns, who went to work on the arm of Cesaro.
Following the match, Seth Rollins came down to the ring and had a staredown with Reigns before he attacked Cesaro.

Bianca Belair defended her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship against Bayley and was successful during tonight s WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view.
Bayley walked to the ring and revealed Bel Loser shaved into the back of her head.
Belair took the lead in the match but Bayley fought back to gain the upper hand by going after Belair’s earring. The action spilled over outside the ring where Bayley slammed Belair onto the ring steps and then followed up with a suplex on the mat.
The action returned to the ring and Bayley mocked Belair by laughing, which got Belair fired up for a comeback.

During tonight s WWE WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view, Bobby Lashley defended his WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman in triple threat action.
The match opened with Lashley trying to work together with McIntyre, but he didn t like this idea initially but then changed his mind and they both took down Strowman with a double suplex. McIntyre and Lashley then brawled.
Strowman returned the match and dove off the ring apron onto Lashley and McIntyre. There was a lot of hard-hitting action and it turned nasty when Strowman used the steel steps, but his momentum didn t last long as a claymore from McIntyre sent him over the barricade.

Damian Priest recently picked a lumberjack stipulation for his match with The Miz at tonight s WrestleMania Backlash as the rivalry between the two men concluded.

Prior to the match, John Morrison was trying to find the lumberjacks backstage and ran into zombies.
When Miz and Morrison made their entrances, the zombies invaded the Thunderdome and surrounded them. Morrison an away and Miz was alone in the ring with Priest. Corey Graves said, we’re not relaunching ECW again.
Miz tried to run under the ring while Graves suggested Miz was looking for Lucille which is Negan’s barbed-wire bat on popular zombie show The Walking Dead.
Rhea Ripley Retains RAW Women s Championship During Opening Of WrestleMania Backlash Posted By: Ben Jordan Kerin on May 16, 2021
During tonight s WWE WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view, RAW Women s Champion Rhea Ripley defended her title against Asuka and Charlotte Flair in a triple threat match.
Ripley picked up the win to retain.
Charlotte Flair debuted new ring gear inspired by the 101 Dalmatians character Cruella de Vil.The match opened with Charlotte slide outside the ring. Asuka and Rhea went after Charlotte and then fought each other.
Asuka led with the momentum but the tables turned when Charlotte delivered her trademark moonsault to Asuka and Rhea on the outside on the ring.
