Leaders from across campus recently celebrated 18 U of A faculty who demonstrated their commitment to student success by earning their complete Association of Colleges and University Educators certification.
Several U of A personnel, including Chris Bryson, Paul Cronan and Shanda Hood, have served the center, which helps address cheating, plagiarism and academic dishonesty in higher education.
There are two certificates offered: one for new faculty, and the other, for not so new faculty members. Earn points for attending orientation, lunch discussions, teaching camp and more.
More than 220 U of A faculty and staff members gathered in the Cordia Harrington Center for Excellence on Thursday, July 27, for the inaugural High-Impact Practices Show and Tell.
The event will feature faculty, staff and students from across campus who will describe the high-impact practices and wellness work that help students succeed. Come enjoy the open-house style and science fair flair.
