TRENTON, N.J. (Legal Newsline) - An unhappy customer is hoping to lead a class action lawsuit against Chick-fil-A over what she says are hidden fees on delivery orders.
On Aug. 12, a U.S. District judge ordered the lawsuit to be dismissed, saying the court had been advised “that this action was settled or is in the process of being settled.”
