The government has been forced to amend an immigration directive that's allowed convicted criminals - who aren't citizens - to remain in Australia.
Dan Tehan, Shadow Immigration Minister told RN Breakfast the Minister was warned before he issued the directive that up to 2800 cases would be impacted.
