prosecutors say they gave their son access to the gun he is accused of using to kill four classmates and wound seven others. what are we expecting from today s hearing, shimon? they will be appearing in person, which is different than the other ppeared yesterday in a virtual hearing where prosecutors say they handed over 500 documents to his attorney. we expect the same today from prosecutors in this case to talk about the evidence and discovery that they handed over to they can begin the next steps in this case. we re waiting to see if they face any additional charges. they set off a chain of events after they didn t appear for their arraignment, they weren t able to be arrested when they fled and police had to set off and search for them, there was a manhunt and they were eventually found. we ll wait to see if there are additional charges in that case. interestingly enough, now they
