"If you don't have a valid ID, Barangay Clearance is the last option for 18 years old and above and Barangay Certificate for 15 to 17 years old," said the PhilSys team in Barangay Maa here in a recent social media post. The PhilSys team also reminded the registrants to attach a 2x2 picture to their barangay certificate. The barangay certificate and clearance should contain the registrant's complete name including the middle name, date of birth, and the complete address. The team also reminded Dabawenyos to register in identified shopping malls in the city, since National ID registration at the barangays has halted.
