County updates coronavirus numbers
COSHOCTON - As of 9 a.m. Wednesday, The Coshocton County Unified Command reported 2,292 confirmed cases and 319 probable cases of COVID-19 in Coshocton County, for a total of 2,611 cases since the start of the pandemic. There have been 23 new cases in the past two weeks.
There have been 2,526 recoveries and 57 deaths with 28 active cases in isolation. There are 21 people now in quarantine and two currently hospitalized.
Of surrounding counties, Guernsey had 3,049, Holmes had 2,522, Knox had 4,355, Licking had 16,046, Muskingum had 8,665 and Tuscarawas had 8,343. The seven county total is 45,591 cases since the start of the pandemic.
