And so there is a, an idea that we should tread very lightly when we are banning someone, particularly if its a permanent ban. And there is, theres been a lot of discussion about, well, okay, what sort of levels of gradation should you have. Should you and if you ban someone, what do they have to do in order to show theyre good now and can behave and come back, or should we just treat this as a youre on and then you lose it.
