Against all trump and his codefendants, a serious racketeering case, lots of years in prison, potential punishment. it has produced the first ever mugshot of former president. there it is again. because of the complexities, what i think it s not likely to be the first trial that the ex president, that trump faces. i think it s more likely than not that he will face trial before the election for at least one of these. and it remains the case the most likely charges he will face trial for are the four felony counts in washington, d.c., brought by special counsel jack smith. in that he has been indicted for a conspiracy against rights, i conspiracy to defraud the u.s., and to overturn the election. or obstruct an official proceeding.
