We spoke to several witnesses to this crash and they told us this truck was going twice the legal limits before it went airborne and that the victims include children. A large portion of this parking lot is. There are at least 10 to 12 Freemont Police vehicles in the parking lot and this side of the lot is taped off with crime scene tape.
