The Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space Department will be coordinating the annual Fuel Reduction Program using sheep starting April 13. Another successful volunteer event was held this Saturday at East Silver Saddle Ranch in Carson City. Our department wants to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our small but mighty group of 4 who attended Saturday s cottonwood wrapping. We successfully wrapped 25 trees in about a 90 minute time span.
