정부가 한국토지주택공사(LH) 조직 개편안 마련에 속도를 낸다. 8월 말까지 조직 개편안을 확정하겠다는 계획인데 LH의 주거복지 부문을 모회사로, 주택·토지 부문을 자회사로 두는 수직분리 방안에 무게가 실리고 있다.

[편집자주] 살던 집에서 2년 더 살면서 보증금은 5% 이내로 인상하는 임대차2법(계약갱신청구권·전월세상한제) 시행 1년이 됐다. 갱신권이 있지만 권리를 쓴 세입자는 절반이 채 안된다. 권리를 쓸 수 없는 구멍 때문이다. 의도만큼 결과가 안나오니 전셋값 불안이란 부작용만 부각된다. 임대차법, 무엇이 문제고 어떻게 개선해야 할까.
