The Portsmouth Post the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated an accident that occurred Thursday evening near the intersection of US Route 23 and Seif Road in southern Pike County.
The Pike County Commissioners met in regular session Thursday, with Kris Ruggles from Strand Associates, an engineering firm out of Columbus, and Pike County Economic Development Director Gary Arnett.
