i think i know which one it is. julie: okay. tell me, how old were you in the picture? i would have been about 15 to 16, 15, probably. it is at the time i got my eagle scout badge, and, that was in 1956, when i was 15. julie: times were simpler back in the, you have to admitted and the boy scouts of america, were founded in 1910, things were much simpler and as the boy scouts enter the second century in 2010, i understand membership has declined and times have changed. what is the reason for the decline, do you think? well, i think, things have changed and scouting has attempted to change with it. but, i think they are recognizing right now, they really have to move more quickly, with iphones, with technology, and with everything moving at a rapid pace, scouting has not picked up on it and i understand the new scouting ....
