Anonymous tip that he was staying with a friend. The tip came after Police Released this photo of andres wheeling a suitcase on 11th street between mission and market. The headless torso of a man was found in that suitcase last wednesday near 11th and market. Police searched the area and found a leg nearby. For several days theyve been searching trash bins for other body parts. The body is a lightskinned man and his former roommate was a lightskinned man who has been missing. 58yearold omar schwann lived at the hotel from 2008 to 2010. Those who knew the men say they lived quietly and they were good neighbors. They moved out in 2010 after his father offered to move them out to another house. Theyre awaiting dna test results to see if it is the body that was found. By law, the District Attorney has 72 hours to file charges or to release a suspect.
