Oakland. A little more than an hour ago, we began seeing a flurry of activity as dozens of passengers were seen leaving the ship. They are planning to take some of them to the Travis Air Force base, or in miramar in Southern California for testing and a 14 day quarantine. The noncalifornia passengers are expected to be taken on charter flights to military facilities in texas and georgia.
