BACOLOD CITY: A total of 4,756 athletes and officials are expected to join the 2024 Western Visayas Regional Athletics Association (WVRAA) meet to be hosted by the Schools Division Offices of Negros Occidental and Bacolod City from May 2 to 7, Hernani Escullar, spokesman of the Department of Education-Regional Office 6, said.
