About 20 minutes ago before sunrise happens and, boy, are the clouds putting on a show a beautiful sunrise behind you. Once above the layer of clouds this is real pretty day. Bottom line is the marine layer is back and as a result today will be anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees cooler in the afternoon for daytime highs.
