PHILLIPS, Wis. A Marshfield woman who went missing late last week was found dead in Price County on Monday, according to local authorities.
State authorities issued a Silver Alert for 86-year-old Barbara May Wilson on Monday after her vehicle was found abandoned Sunday night in Price County, nearly 80 miles from her home. The Silver Alert was canceled Monday afternoon saying Wilson and her 63-year-old son, Dale Wilson, had been located.
According to Price County Sheriff’s Office officials, Wilson was found dead Monday, and she likely died from exposure. Her autopsy is pending.
Dale Wilson was also found and taken to a local hospital to be treated for exposure.

Now, officials say Barbara Wilson was found dead in Price County and the Price County Sheriff s Office say she likely died of exposure, but the autopsy is pending to confirm the suspicion.
Her son, Dale Wilson, is hospitalized in Medford for exposure.
Both were located by members of the Price County Sheriff’s Office and Sawyer County Search & Rescue Team.
