COLORADO, CO - CBRE announced the sale of Vue at Spring Creek, a 280-unit apartment complex in Colorado Springs, Colo., to an undisclosed California-based buyer.
Kevin McKenna, Justin Hunt, Andy Hellman, Saul Levy, Katie Fergen, and Jessica Graham with CBRE represented the seller, Hudson Capital, in the transaction. This marks Hudson’s second sale in Colorado in the past year. The firm completed 12 multifamily sales in the U.S. in 2021.

AURORA, CO - CBRE announced the sale of Highland Point Apartments, a 319-unit multifamily property in Aurora, Colo., to Thayer Manca, a Seattle-based real estate investment firm.
