1st Khamrubu International Short Film Festival concludes in Guwahati
The two-day event of 1st Khamrubu International Short Film Festival held in Guwahati concluded recently.

KOKRAJHAR: The two-day event of 1st Khamrubu International Short Film Festival held in Guwahati concluded recently. The film festival received more than 900 films from across the world through online submission. The festival was inaugurated by Festival Director Anamika Basumatary and Barnali Goyari, a young entrepreneur from Guwahati, by lighting the lamp. The event was hosted by Abhinash Narzary and awards were also announced by him.
The award categories of the festival were divided into two - national and international. The best Indian documentary film was awarded to Pinnacle directed by Vikram Jeet Singh Parmar. Short film Ticket, directed by Abhik Das, received the best short film award. The best animated short film was awarded to Punarudaya, directed by Sreemon Das. Th ....
