Highlights: · Annual Contract Value ( ACV ) base increased by £2.7 million (25% annualised) to £24.7 million (H1 2020: growth of £1.1 million to £19.1 million). Over the 12 month period to 31 May 2021, ACV increased by £5.5 million (29% organic growth). · The Group s first half revenue increased by approximately 17% to £11.0 million (H1 2020: £9.4 million). · The Group delivered an Adjusted EBITDA loss in the period of £135,000 (H1 2020: loss of £147,000), reflecting additional investment in sales and marketing to drive global expansion.
