Reporter yeah, iain, an argument followed by a fight behind me you can see the detectives remain outside of the home where they say that two gunshotgunshots followed leavinn shot in the torso. This happened around 6 30 this evening on the 2700 block of tauton road in the northeast. Police say the off Duty Police Officer fired what they refer to to as his off duty weapon at least two times.
