Certified election results confirmed Monday that a $22 million Scotts Valley Fire Protection District bond measure would not be able to eke across the finish line.
Nogales Unified School District voters were leaning towards approving the two measures on Tuesday’s special election ballots, according to preliminary results by the Santa Cruz County Elections Office.
