Economists with Realtor.com analyzed the top markets that will see the biggest sales growth in the new year. Certain markets that performed badly in 2023 may see double digit growth.
In places where the real estate market was recently red hot – like Southern Nevada – fewer homes are being listed than just two years ago. Those same homes now have bigger price tags and are sitting on the market longer.
